Recipe # 2 – Haru Maki


I had Haru Maki in kaiten-zushis and cafes before, but when I learnt how simple it was to make them at home from my Okinawan friend Ayumi, I was sure to try my hand at it as well. I’ve made them 3 times now, and my parents also love it! And it can be made in so many ways, and you can use whatever ingredients you want aside from the basic Rice Paper! Yummy!
