I baked a very simple banana cake today. Mixed 1 1/2 cup cream with 1 cup icing sugar; gradually added 2 cups flour sifted with 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch salt to it; mixed well and added about 1 cup banana puree and 1 tbsp vanilla essence and some milk for good consistency. The mixture should be slightly thicker than normal cake mixture. Baked for 35 mins. At 190 degrees Celsius.
Again I forgot to take a photo before it was nearly finished. It looks a bit burnt in the photo, but it’s not… It is an easy, eggless cake!
